SmartColor is an intuitive visual coding system FRESHX uses to improve training and communication by removing language and literacy barriers when training a diverse workforce in proper cleaning processes. Color-coding also provides supervisors with quick visual indicators for monitoring employee activity to prevent tool or chemical misuse in your medical facilities.

RED: SANITARY RESTROOM
Use in areas of restrooms that have higher bacteria concentrations and specialized cleaning solutions, where sanitation is a priority, particularly toilets and urinals. Proper disinfectants are also applied to these areas.
YELLOW: SPECIALTY CLEANING PRODUCTS SPECIALLY DESIGNED FOR A HEALTHIER ENVIRONMENT
Use for sinks and general restroom cleaning, to prevent cross contamination from toilet and urinal areas. May also be used for specialty cleaning activities, such as: gymnasiums, laboratories, and floor-care projects.
GREEN: FOODSERVICE AREAS
Proper use of germicidal in areas that come into contact with food, including: kitchens, cafeterias, and employee break rooms.
Optional: use a separate color for food preparation areas for an added degree of safety.
BLUE: GENERAL/USER SPECIFIC
